Heather Redding

Heather joined the firm in December of 2007 and her primary focus is on probate and litigation matters.  Heather appreciates being able to assist clients in navigating the estate administration and litigation process.  Heather is a Grand Valley native and in her spare time, she enjoys travelling, playing various instruments, photography, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her pets Nemo, Kismet and Skillet.  Heather also enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, rafting, 4-wheeling, wildlife observation, tracking and practicing primitive survival skills.

Heather has a keen interest in learning about different cultures at home and abroad and has a particular interest in Native American history, medicinal practices and traditions.  One of Heather’s favorite authors is Tom Brown Jr. who, in a variety of books, describes his childhood experiences of mentorship by a Native American elder called “Grandfather”.  Heather is also fond of learning about cultures around the globe, especially the Nepalese culture.  At some point in the future, Heather hopes to travel to Nepal and pay a visit to Mt. Everest.  For now, she enjoys frequenting the Nepal Restaurant downtown.
