Shauna Clemmer

Shauna C. Clemmer joined Brown & Brown, P.C. in October of 2014. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning, estate administration, probate, conservatorships/guardianships and special needs planning.  She meets with clients in our Grand Junction office as well as in our Montrose location.  Shauna graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Penn State, Dickinson School of Law in 2006.  Prior to joining Brown & Brown, P.C., Shauna worked as Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation. 

Shauna's involvement in the legal and local community includes:


     - Member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA)

     - Member at Large of the Executive Council of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association

     - Member of the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association

     - HopeWest Planned Giving Council

 

Shauna presents educational workshops for the community in Montrose and Delta.  She is also involved with the Mesa County ADRC (Aging and Disability Research Center).
